  Pre-Inspeciton - Our cleaning specialists will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. He will identify potential permanent stains
and give you an evaluation of expected results.
Commercial Pre-Vacuum - Dry soil is removed by a thorough vacuuming.
Removing dry soil is one of the most important steps in cleaning.
Furniture Moving - Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs,
tables and smaller items. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces are left in place under our regular pricing structure. One of our consultants can quote the exact cost any heavier pieces.
Showroom Preconditioning - We inject a hot pre-conditioner to loosen
dirt and oils that vacuum cleaners cannot remove. Our pre-conditioner contains over one dozen ingredients, each of which is effective on different types of stains and dirt, and through synergy
each ingredient interacts with other ingredients to form hundreds of additional cleaning combinations.The pre-conditioner will also enhance the color and brighten lighter carpets. By preconditioning
your carpet, this will allow a longer dwell time to emulsify the soils in your carpet resulting in cleaner carpets.
Pre-Spot - Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions
to increase chances of removal.
Showroom Extraction and Rinse - We will steam clean your entire carpet
with our patented van-powered deep-steam cleaning process. Your carpets will be cleaned  down
to the base and will also remove deep down bacteria, pollens, and chemicals. Drying time is never a problem because most carpets will be dry to the touch within 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Rotary Jet Extraction™ - We will use rotary jet extraction™
in your traffic areas to thoroughly wash your carpets. Rotary jet extraction™ is the most effective method to clean your carpets. The scientifically designed steam chamber prevents heat
from being loss in combination with 1500 injections and extractions per minute to thoroughly clean carpets like no other method. Most carpet cleaners use a 1-step cleaning process which only
surface cleans your carpets but using rotary jet extraction™ combined with our deep-steam cleaning process will you get thoroughly clean carpets that will look like new again.
Neutralizer - Every carpet that we cleaned is pH balanced so that
there is no sticky residue left behind. This also leaves your carpet soft and fresh.
Post Spot - Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment
with our many specialty spotting solutions.
Final Finishing - Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer
so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.
