We will prepare your floors leading up to your area rugs by placing runners on your hardwood floors and tile.

Pre-Treat
Depending on fiber content and soiling type, the rug will be pre-treated to emulsify the soils.

Pre-Spot
Any potentially difficult spots will be pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal.

Pre-Groom / Pile Lift
A professional carpet grooming machine gently massages your rugs, lifting matted down fibers and further loosening the soil and spots.

Soil Extraction and Rinse
Your area rugs are thoroughly rinsed with a powerful extraction cleaning system without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind.

Neutralizer
Every rug that we clean is pH balanced so that there is no sticky residue left behind to attract dirt. This also leaves your rugs smelling fresh and feeling soft to the touch.

Post Spot
Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions.

Finishing
When the rug is dry, it is combed and finished with soft groomers made for specialty rugs.
