Option 2:

Urine Stain Removal (Includes Option 1) - An advanced specialty stain remover is applied anywhere there is yellow discoloration caused by urine staining. This is a heavy application of Pet Odor & Stain Treatment applied to problems areas.

Option 3:

Urine Pre-Treatment and Pad Extraction - Urine neutralizing treatment is applied to the carpet and pad to neutralize urine. Hot water is flushed through the carpet and pad and extracted to remove excess urine contamination. Finally, a premium odor remover is applied to the carpet and pad to remove any residual odors. This process ensures that all urine and bacteria are removed plus eliminates the possibility of stains returning after the carpet dries. The process is for problem odors that has gone through the carpet and penetrated into the padding.
