Even when using a steam mop, they don’t get all of the dirt every time, so build up occurs. The tile flooring and grout look as good as new. The Carpeting is also 17 years old and is the mainly used room after the kitchen. It looks almost as good as new and is definitely better than the wet system used by other companies. This is the third time I’ve used Red Hot for this carpet and wouldn’t use anyone else. They are expensive but do you want it done, or do you want it done right?
