Pictured below is a room where two large dogs had free roam of the house. As you can see in the pictures below, the carpet is a total mess. Numerous urine stains and other miscellaneous stains are all over the carpet. The average carpet cleaner would have a hard time getting this carpet to look good once again.

Here is the process we used to clean the carpet:

• Pre-Inspection - After identifying all of the stains we first had to pre-treat and pre-spot the stains on the carpet.
• Pre-Conditioning - We then applied two different pre-conditioners and a booster to breakdown difficult soils and general spots.
• Pre-Spotting - Difficult spots were pre-treated with special spot and stain removers to increase chances of removal.
• Agitation - After pre-treating the carpet, a professional carpet machine was used to lift matted down carpet fibers and further loosen the soil and spots from the carpet fibers.
• Soil Extraction and Rinse - After allowing plenty of dwell time, we started removing the dirt and contaminants by rinsing the carpet. Using our patented van-powered cleaning system, the water is super heated to 240 degrees to thoroughly rinse the carpet. Not only do we get the carpet clean but by using extremely hot water we can remove many of the pollutants and contaminants as well. Since we are using an advanced van-powered cleaning system, drying of the carpets normally takes only a few hours.
• Post Spotting - A few stains required additional treatment and attention for complete removal.
• Final Finishing - The carpet was then groomed to give the diamond pattern in the pictures by request of the customer.

This is what separates a owner-operated cleaning company that takes great pride in their work as compared to a

As you can see, the final results are simply amazing! Our customer was very impressed with the cleaning of their carpets. Experience and knowledge is an absolute necessity for doing an excellent job.
